  The material of the diesel irrigation pump can be copper, cast iron, ductile iron, 316 stainless steel, 416; 7 stainless steel, bidirectional steel, Hastelloy, Mongolian alloy, titanium alloy and 20 alloy.
  The suction port and the discharge port of the Diesel irrigation pump are both below the pump shaft line, the horizontal direction is perpendicular to the axis, and the pump casing is opened. Flanges are made to GB standards and can also be made to ISO, DIN, BS or ANSI standards.
  The hydraulic design of the impeller uses state-of-the-art CFD technology, thus increasing the hydraulic efficiency of the diesel irrigation pump. The impeller is statically balanced and fixed to the shaft by bushings and bushing nuts on both sides. The axial position can be adjusted by the bushing nut. The axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of the blades, possibly There are some remaining axial forces that are bearing on the coaxial end.
  The shaft seal of the Diesel irrigation pump can be sealed with a packing or a mechanical seal. The shaft seal cooling flushing water can enter the shaft sealing chamber through the groove on the opening surface of the pump cover, or can enter the shaft sealing chamber through the external cooling water pipe. It is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes and the motor during maintenance, and the maintenance is convenient. According to the needs of the user, the pump structure size can be changed.
  The pump shaft of the diesel irrigation pump is supported by two sets of rolling bearings and is installed at both ends of the pump body. The unique bearing body design allows the bearings to be lubricated with grease or thin oil. The design life of the bearings is over 100,000 hours. Double row thrust bearings and closed bearings can also be used. The pump body is provided with a double suction sealing ring, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement. The diesel irrigation pump is directly driven by the electric motor through an elastic pin coupling or a metal lamination coupling. The drive machine can also use an internal combustion or a gas turbine.
  Diesel irrigation pump bushings are available in a variety of materials to prevent corrosion and wear on the shaft and replace the bushing. A wearable ring is worn between the wear ring pump body and the impeller to prevent wear of the pump body and the impeller, easy replacement, low maintenance cost, and ensure running clearance and high work efficiency.
